The Canadian FAIT Foundation is pleased to provide funding for research and healthcare provider training so that more Canadians can access life-changing food allergy treatments! Here are the recent projects we have funded.

Summer Student
Research Grant
This research grant provides an honorarium for an undergraduate or medical student to undertake food allergy treatment research during their summer break. The first recipient of the grant is Wesley Mah, from UBC. Results from his summer project will be coming soon!

FAIT Program
at BCCHR and UBC
Our annual Festivus for FAIT event raises funds to support the FAIT Program's mission to develop and deliver cutting-edge food allergy treatments to BC families who desire them! Learn more about the FAIT Program: www.bcchr.ca/foodallergy.

FAIT Symposium
The FAIT Symposium provides hands-on education for allergists who wish to become confident in offering food allergy treatment in their offices. The first symposium took place on Sunday, Sept 21, in Vancouver. Details of our next Symposium will be released in 2026.
